Need KVM with custom ISO, 5gb disk, 512mb-1gb ram, 1 vcpu, NAT, VNC console access

I bought a BF deal, but performance drives me crazy, have been working 4 days to install it, but performance is really slow

- possibility to use custom ISO (just once for install, so through custommer support is fine)
- 512mb-1gb ram
- 5gb disk
- 1 vcpu
- NAT is fine, low bandwith like 10 GB month
- direct VNC console access
- location doesn't mather
Budget: 10-12 EUR a year
I'll use it primarly for PrimeOS running 2D androids app like WhatsApp

KVM with @Cam is $8 a month, that's not in my budget I'm afraid

If you can bump your budget a bit, BuyVM (@Francisco ) is US$24/year for 512 MB RAM and 10 GB SSD, and performance is very good for the price. IIRC you can pay monthly and get the same price (US$2/month).
HostSolutions.ro (@cociu ) have 512 MB RAM, 10GB SSD for 15 Euro / year, in Romania.
HostHongKong (@randvegeta ) have NAT VPS with 10 GB space and 512 MB RAM for $130.00 HKD per year (around 13.80 Euro). It's in Hong Kong though (which may be an issue in terms of latency), and their NAT VPSes tend to be very very slow. They're the only provider with KVM NAT VPSes that I've seen. Most of the other NAT providers I know of offer great services, but only OpenVZ or LXC.
