    for shared account, in cPanel > Jetbackups > full backups - How many such backups are taken (backup retention)? I'm seeing from 1st dec to 5th dec, 5 full backups.

    Arent these unmanaged? try virtualmin, heastia cp, pay for plesk, pay for cpanel

    @Unbelievable Usually hosting providers initially setup these things for clients. That way it would be a great help for me as I am not very techie in terms of configuring servers. Once done then I can move ahead. I can configure Windows thing but I require Linux to serve PHP websites.

    I wont be going with CPANEL as it would be costly.
