  Sure, Windows XP is fine and personal VPN is also fine, ping should be good to Asia as it's in LA

  Not sure, why currently the network is currently low, but usually gets upto ~11 MB/s easily.

  Hmm, that's a bit low i think, You can try submitting benchmarks test in server bear?
