Somebody posted here he has got 17 VPSs with HH :flushed:

    I also have 17

I think it was you who said about 17 VPSs. Gosh, why 17 and what for?

  • @hosthatch - do any of these storage offers have RAID?

You want to cancel this server https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/3170098#Comment_3170098?

No it's my home server. I provisioned them today and benched them both to see the difference bettween them and enterprise servers from HH.

So... why did you post the benches in this thread? They have nothing to do with hosthatch.

If everybody started posting random benches in this thread to compare it would be a mess.

She can't read the first post, so maybe can't read the thread title either?

No, someone else said it, possibly MagicTrain.

Mine are mostly NVMe and will be used for a variety of things. Mostly geo-distributed HAProxy frontends for web sites. That is maybe 5-6 of them. HostHatch DCs are pretty reliable for it. Plus some are doing backend processing (like Clam scanning of email), nameservers, VoIP on some.

Plus I keep hot failover of most stuff.

Yeah. Some of my billing questions are still unresolved and unanswered. But servers don't get cancelled because of them for now.

Right now, it seems to be. I imagine the team is extremely busy as a result of the epic promotions. Remember, they also need to maintain all their existing stuff too.

  • @tetech can u share your proxy site with us powerded by 17 servers LOL :D

I read the OP post, but the guy I answered didn't. Just hoped the guy Abdullah could make an exception for loyal clients. I don't really understand why he doesn't want help people in exchange and so on if they ask for it in a polite way. If he says okay guys just PM me and we can see what we can do I would respect him even more than I do. For him it's nothing to change 1 core 1 gb 1 tb in AMS for 1 core 1 gb 1 tb in Chicago and clients will be happy and even more loyal. That's what I think. Personally, I have no complaints about this man.

I think if I do that then I will get a ban and my money is gone ^^

  • @Broscience said:

why push for that in public then and adding pressure to him? instead of just opening a ticket and wait patiently till he gets to it.

with even posting misleading unrelated benchmarks under the headline of 'provisioned london ssd & hdd' causing a lot of confusion, maybe you're just a moron then.

  • @hosthatch I do not want any stress with you I am really well brought up. I know you have a lot to do but I just wanted to ask you if it is normal to wait 2 days for an answer :) because I don't even have a server in my system but only topic the money. And the ticket open for an server.

no it is not normal, unless BF&CM, just wait.

Care to explain where you got the i5 bench from?

That has already been clearly called out as not being a HH London VPS.

    Read above bro

The least you can do to clear up matters is to edit that benchmark post (I think there's still time) and clarify that it is not a HH VPS but your home server.

It is not a problem - please post a screenshot of the ticket here if you can.

We’ve processed 99% of the simple ticket orders at this point. Unless there are some special requests involved....customers with upgrades or stack requests and such, we will be processing those next.

But if you asked for an additional free discount or an extra free core or something along those lines, then it will likely be a week or more before you will hear from us

If you would like to be really polite and loyal, please stop asking us to do such things on plans we barely make any money on. Or you can offer us something like $10 per ‘custom’ request you have - we may or may not accept it, but it will be far more polite and loyal than asking us to spend our time for free to make you happy.

  • If it's not too much effort, I politely ask you to add your edit header to the top of your post. We have a huge reading difficulty crowd here and such fine BOLD print at the end is definitely going to be missed. Heck, they even miss headlines.
