Trying to get a refund? [@WisHosting]
So, apparently I failed verification somehow. I was instructed on providing a refund method, gave my PayPal and they said they couldn't accept it and needed my BTC Address, I didn't see this message until today. Tried to login to my account again to provide my BTC Address and it says incorrect password? What do I do? Their 'Forgot Password' is not sending out messages and I am 100% sure that my password is right.
