Wait for us to get back to you
note that sometimes paypal places a hold for 24h on select payments. Not sure whether this is the case or not, but in those cases the invoice will be marked paid once paypal finishes their review
since we are 2 days in... anyone had anything provisioned yet?
Put 2 tickets to sales regarding upgrading my 2 existent instances (taking into consideration what was mentioned on the main thread) and still no reply after 4 days...
Hosthatch is a great provider but lacks on support.... like heavily.
Waiting for my deployment #990783
They already give you the best quality VPS for fckin cheap price.. Please don't make HH offer moar expensive..
There is only a little more than 5 working days to deploy your VPS. Wait...
no
Haha.
I also bought Racknerd's CM 1.5GB KVM VPS. And will attach HostHatch's storage to it. So I guess I got the best of both worlds
Okay so lets break this down since there is so much wrong going on here.
You opened 2 sales tickets on a weekend.
You did not get a response in about 30 hours (if we count the business days) on sales tickets.....not 4 days.
The tickets were about free upgrades.
And this somehow leads you to believe that we lack on support heavily?
Would you like me to give you a personal call to see how you are doing every month too?
I apologize for my tone in some of my latest responses here - but if I am polite to everyone who feels entitled to more stuff for free, then I will have 50 more emails asking for the same. Have to draw the line somewhere so people stop running over you.
You have been more than patient and polite given the amount of ridiculous demands in this thread. I can only imagine the horrors in your ticket system. Thanks for a great Black Friday event.
Not sure it will be snappy but curious to read your feedback about this setup.
@hosthatch Sir i mistakenly loaded money to my hosthatch acocunt , am new to lowendtalk i was not aware that promotion his end it was announced in comments that its end . so if you not mind can you please refund me my money as am from Asia and it worth a lot for me. i will be thankful if you consider refund my support id is #901306
thanks
All payments are final.. 🤪
Lowend support,
When bf2019 will be upgraded (hdd space) then need only to reboot it or any other manipulations to make the system (debian) to see new space as available? expand partition?
that kinda scary
i think most of companies provide refund and even some provide refund if you not like their server , i got no server from them
Why refund? Buy something else. Besides, you are not "new to LowEndTalk", you are a member since 1st of July - that is 5 months, not new at all.
can buy nothing on 15$ . i had use lowendbox site but not lowendtalk ,might be registered but had not made any deals on lowendtalk , lowendbox is simple here lowendtalk community is toxic
abusing a lot that where were u blackfriday cyberdeals are over
@hosthatch
Hello friend, I am an old customer, I am satisfied with your service.
Due to language barriers, I did not fully understand all rules, so sorry.
I used a credit card to deposit two days ago.
After that, I made a flash purchase order, but did not pay.
To my shock, my credit card has just been charged for this order. I did not authorize this . Hope to deal with it.
Thank you very much.
Invoice #219685
I know I am super late but I only have time to check it out now. I have seen this thread going very active and crazy. Is there something that I can still get, preferably cheapskate level cheap?
Please contact us through the normal support channels and we will get back to you as soon as we can. It may be a few days depending on the type of your request.
I've made it a personal rule to not give any preference to people posting their tickets/invoices/orders# here since that would be unfair to everyone else.
The following are all still available:
https://manage.hosthatch.com/billing/order/bf-10tb-chi
https://manage.hosthatch.com/billing/order/bf-2tb-chi
https://manage.hosthatch.com/billing/order/cm-new-locations-combo
https://manage.hosthatch.com/billing/order/cm-05-yolo
https://manage.hosthatch.com/billing/order/cm-1-yolo
Last two might be to your fancy. (10xVMs in 10 locations for 60/70$ with 0.5/1G ram)
A quote. These links are still available
Yolo package feels great but... how can I justify myself to pay for $60-70 on this
I could have spend that to get a SSD to upgrade my crappy HDD laptop.
Why have one SSD in laptop when you can have 10 all over the world?!
10 > 1!
New locations is $23 and includes 1TB BW in Sydney, which should be OK latency for you?
There are some very cheap yearly bundles of 10 VPS in different locations at $6-7/year per VM still in stock:

Small single servers are out of stock now.
Edit: ok, sorry for the slow reply, already answered.
Also thanks for your donation to the HostHatch fund. You're the second one now.
simple math for everyone... let's assume 5000 requests in total (just a random guess), may it be tickets, direct orders, forum DMs, or whatever. break it down by 10 people working on it. so 500 for each of them.
question: what would you consider a reasonable timeframe to handle such a request on average? like read it, understand it, look things up, act accordingly by correcting things or even upgrade or provision a system, formulate and write an answer? 5 minutes?
okay, so each employee would have to work 2500 minutes or >40 hours only for that, which is 5 working days alone...
now the 5000 requests might not be correct nor the 5 minutes... but I think you'll get the idea. please be reasonable!
being impatient and/or annoying won't help you, because you a) spoil it for yourself and everyone else, if the provider never does such great event again and b) won't come closer to your goal of having a cheap premium service at all. instead you'll end up breaking with that provider before you even started.
just my 2 cents though.
PS: hell, writing this post took me 10 minutes... not even close to eventually also provision services properly in five.
