    Afaik these haven't been published yet. @hosthatch sent us to https://hosthatch.com/features but they still aren't there. I assume there is no Hosthatch server there yet.

    BTW @hosthatch has the txt file with network info for each location been published?

    I am wondering if I upgrade a previous promotion that came with double RAM / free DOS protection to one of the 1st page promos will that carry over or will I lose the DOS protection/double RAM ?

    Hi there, just confirming. So I deposited my funds and opened a ticket for the front page deal on Friday, and then a few hours later I realized that I actually wanted to buy more (but a different combination). So I deposited more funds and created a new ticket with my order. It has nothing to do with the flash sales, but I got worried after seeing the disclaimer on the first post.

    Will my new order be honored?

    what is there to not understand:

    We cannot switch you once you have opened a ticket to order something. An open ticket (whether you close it or not later) is considered an active order, and will not be changeable without our discretion.

    so you ordered twice.

    How do you know it's by mistake? If they told you that, realistically they could and should've done something about it immediately.

    I don’t know how this happened. The final result was that the billing department cancelled my other order but it had nothing to do with my lost balance. :s

    I honestly do not understand what you mean here - no orders in your account are cancelled. There is also a little bit of a language barrier here, but that is not a problem. Please deal with the people handling your ticket - if you still need help and you are not getting anywhere in 24 hours, please send me a PM and I will make sure you get it resolved to your satisfaction.
