    Well they do account for 60%+ of online sales if their marketing numbers are accurate.

  • PayPal sub. I've always forced PayPal to use my credit card issuer's exchange rates they're still cheaper than PayPal's prices. My bank recently started adding a 2% fee on top of the foreign exchange rate for the last couple of months, and even then it's still cheaper.
