I hear some people prefer to pay in sisters.
Well they do account for 60%+ of online sales if their marketing numbers are accurate.
PayPal sub. I've always forced PayPal to use my credit card issuer's exchange rates they're still cheaper than PayPal's prices. My bank recently started adding a 2% fee on top of the foreign exchange rate for the last couple of months, and even then it's still cheaper.
