    I think you should generate random numbers and count after giveaway message. Thats my opinion. But duplicate messages from same users would be issue

    @Sebster27 where are you? If you are within North America, especially if close to a fat broadband trunk, that will suit you. If outside, it's not in your own interests. With so many people all trying to respond simultaneously latency has to have some effect.
