Seems virtono might of lost some of my data...

    Both hardware and software raid is not replacement of backups. If the data is very important so the backup option is always available.

    Yah, same. Not a huge issue, but it is a bit strange that I didn't even receive an email about this, despite the correct email address being in account information.
