Looking for budget VPS in Europe

Hello,

I'm looking for a KVM VPS with reliable performance in the EU. I mainly use it for personal cloud, email, etc and some web development.

What my expectations are:
Cores: 2-4 (depending on performance, benchmarks are welcome)
RAM: 3-4GB
Disk: 50-100GB SSD
Bandwidth: 1TB
Port Speed: 1Gbit shared is fine if its never unusably slow
1 IPv4

Budget: around 10USD/m, but I can pay slightly more if the deal is good :)

Offers from outside EU are welcome too if they have acceptable speeds to EU.
