I submitted the ticket, but I still post help here because I know that the reply here might be faster.
I waited about 90 days for my last ticket without getting a reply. XD. This is not a complaint, I know that I have purchased a low-priced product without fast support.
When I created a VPS using the control panel, it was always being created. I tried deleting and re-creating, but still can't solve it, hope you can help me.
I need to add some IPV6 addresses to use.

If you don't get replies in 90 days, get a new provider.
If you tried to delete and recreate and always the same problem, then only the provider can resolve it.
Are you submitting shitty tickets that are unclear on the problem and what you want them to do?
So you created a ticket that remained open for 90 days without a single reply? Did you request for updates at all?
