Hetzner Load balancers

Do any of you use Hetzner's Load balancers? I am trying to set up my first load balancer but I can't get it to work.
I duplicate a cloud instance to have two targets
I modified the name servers so that ns1 reflects the IP address of the first instance and ns2 reflects the IP address of the second instance.
I have enabled load balancers with HTTP (80/80) and TCP (443/443) as service.
heath check indicates an error on the HTTP service:
Health status: Mixed
Unhealthly HTTP 80 --> 80

Is there any additional configuration I need to do? If so, can you please tell me what I need to change on both cloud instances?
