I'm looking for a cheap KVM VPS at Switzerland
Minimum requiremnts:
-1gb ram (2 will be much apreciated)
-1 cpu vcores
-50gb traffic
- maximum 5gb ssd
-no more than 20$ / 25$ / year
-unmanaged
-instant setup after payment
-billing can be yearly
-1 ipv4 - no need ipv6
-DCMA free
If it's possible, let me know.

I dont think you can find something like this in Swiss , btw check nine.ch they offer cheap cloud vps servers.
For that price it's not possible.
Nothing is cheap in Switzerland.
Also, copyright law applies there just like in the rest of Europe.
We're available in Zurich, but we are not a DMCA free provider.

You should look for it in the Netherlands, Romania and Russia.
Why is Netherlands and Romania different to Switzerland or any other European countries? Like why don't they care about dmca or really depends on the provider?

Its all kind of a mess here. Not sure if the same applies to providers but in Estonia Telia doesnt give a flying ... what you do with your internet. In Finland they are strict as hell tho (or so I've heard from a few friends)
