Cheap vps in pakistan or iran or iraq

Does this exist? Under 5$ ~ 10$ any specs. IPv6 is bonus but I doubt anyone will have it.

Any spec, even 5$ for 128MB RAM is fine. Will be using as network monitoring node.

    I'm trying to find working service, not rubbish throttled to 1 kbps that normally works at 10 kbps for your first 1GB/day.

    You could find Iran based VPS easily but I'd recommend going for a Saudi Arabia based VPS for monitoring purpose.

    You should go for Iran. You won't be able to find VPS in Pakistan or Iraq AFAIK. You might able to find a couple of PK VPS but they are way out of your budget and the specs sucks too (2 mbps connection??).
