At which VPS provider, you got highest uptime ?? & also if they provide affordable plans for purpose like DNS Hosting.
Typical Config: 1-2 GB Ram, 1-2 Core, 12-20 GB SSD.

I have vps will all of them, all are prem with maximum uptime.

Dr Server - Dallas
AlphaVPS - Bulgaria
VirMach - Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Chicago, Los Angeles
UltraVPS.com - Seattle (not ultravps.eu)
99.9+% uptime over multiple years, with these providers, at these locations.
Hosthatch - Chicago (1 1/2 years)
MaxKVM - Dallas (4 months)
Also excellent uptime, but I have not used over long period of time.

Hetzner is also quite good with VPS uptime. Also AWS Lightsail and Google Cloud usually. They can migrate VPS during maintenance.
