Ikoula - The worst panel experience...
I saw a lot of users complained at hostloc said that Ikoula "panel" are not user-friendly.
At first... I didn't believe it... until I became one of their users...
It takes 2 to 3 hours or even longer to install or reset the system...
and ticket response is not flexible enough...
Hope they can improve soon...

That's true, but, hey I got a server for half the price, as long as it works, no complaints
Well, its 2.49€ for that RPi4, and yea it took 2 hours for the first deployment.
Usually these where quicker, even on my Atom for 4.99.
I suspect, the image server was on high load during that flushsale.

Well, something is on fire at Ikoula's, stuck since 6 hours dang.
Had the same problem with my Agile S server. Netboot don’t work, the support tried to cancel it several times - still no luck. Ended up calling them after 24 hours, got some technician with almost no english skills - at least i could reboot the server then and rescued it with my ordered KVM, because i needed it for my custom iso veeam backup.
So far not the best experience, also the network speed is not 1 gbit (burst), more like 100 mbit (recv, send looks ok). Well. You get what you pay for. At least i hope the server will work flawless now, otherwise have to search again for a new, cheap dedicated server provider again
Just a private project, so not loosing millions - but still worried when even standard things like rescue boot are not working as expected.
But apart from this issues, you still recommend them, don‘t you?
Well, you pay peanuts, you get ikoula. IIRC the issue clears automagically after some (1-100) hours.
I thought, does every action like Reset or NetBoot require the hands of the employees to set it up? or it actually runs automatically?

Well, when I had a ded mobo on my Atom, they replaced it within 4 hours.
Offline.net took about 7 hours to push a fucking button to give me a new server.
Support is fine for me, better than Kimsufi.
Besides these slow installations it works for me.
Last time I have agile s, no issue when I reinstall the OS many times. The support also can reply and solve my problem pretty quick. I prefer ikoula than ovh for the support
their support also sucks. zzz
how is their ddos protection compare to ovh game preferably?
i look in some pages they just have layer 3 network for protection

and also their IPMI rent is so expensive...
Yeah their control panel sucks and takes ages to load.
