Have you checked server load?
That watchdog error usually means the server is overloaded.
You can try setting UseDNS to no on the server's sshd_config but that won't fix load issues.
Do you run anything CPU intensive on that server? If not, talk to your provider, that looks like some of your neighbors are a bit too noisy.
it's cheap vm that I bought from cociu, it has 4core, I ran simple qbitorrent web-ui with 10 active torrent nothing cpu intensive
I lost ssh access but it show in it's panel " 2.77 % Of 4 Cores "
