[Scammer] Skb-enterprise.com 140 Euros SCAM
**I bought a server with skb-enterprise for 140 Euros on September 15th and contacted them after a few days to see how things were going, they said it will take a week for my server to be delivered and I accepted it.
1 week time was up contacted them and no answer from them proof: **
by the 10 day I opened a new ticket and no answer from them, until I put 1 star review in trustpilot **proof: **
**They say they have refunded my order, but when contacted with that as to why I haven't received a single cent back they just went on again and closed the ticket.
**
**Later today they have reported my review in Trustpilot saying I was a fake review, well here im posting now on forums with all the tickets screenshots, invoice, and all so guys be careful with this crooks all in all I can say SKB Enterprise is big big SCAM worst customer service and definitely stay away from them.

Why pay with BTC for things that you care about?
lol their only upstream is spectraip ? why go with dodgy host and pay with unrefundable bitcoin?
seriously ?
Sometimes client and scammer deserve each other.
Is really BTC the problem here?
Hmm, the signs were there.
Yet, OP still chose to use BTC, a currency which you can't dispute.
You have hypointelligentemia; Low intelligence presence in blood.
Yes.
We still accept BTC for the 1/10 of customers who use it and don’t get involved in abuse. But I am seriously considering to stop doing that.
I don’t buy the “I own my data with BTC, because the government is so interested in my pathetic little life, right mom?” excuse anymore.
I will make sure to never buy from your hosting then
Thank you.
Well, given your record of looking for bottom barrel hosts, companies won't lose sleep over losing ya.
Just saying.
Hello Synatiq, well BTC was the only currency I had a that moment so I just went with it, I saw some reviews and everything seemed ok found it on serverhunter.com so I just went with it, even if they don't refund a single cent just want to leave this so any new people who find them on serverhunter or google can just stay away from this guys.
Have a good day
Never fucking trust reviews, any reviews, not even the ones on LET.
Use your own eyes and perception to filter out bad ones. The host you went for, it looks obvious.
Dodgy, both.
@Synatiq Soon , as a relatively new provider, you will learn- wading into other provider- client issues with only snide remarks and derision- doesn't enhance your standing. If you can't offer solutions in others issues - i would suggest the best thing for your own reputation is to just not reply. Blaming the client for method of payment is pretty much a good way to turn off future clients.
Its a known spoof host. Why even order from there? Theres not possibly even one legit user with them. Its literally even worse than verdina and novogora combined when it comes to outgoing ddos traffic.
Novogora is Ecatel, FYI.
Well when you pay with BTC at known cybercrime host you know what you are getting into ?Maybe?
Guess what! Novogara is at the same DC as SKB Enterprise. And the owners of Novogara are also behind the DC where they are hosted.
Whilst Simon probably has not much to do with the owners ot the DC, the owners of the DC were arrested by FIOD due to tax evasion.
And I wrote it here before: DO. NOT. HOST. IN. WORMER!
Here’s also a reason why you don’t want to host with businesses affiliated to DataOne
https://www.nu.nl/tech/6082749/grapperhaus-deelt-namen-hostingbedrijven-die-kinderporno-slecht-bestrijden.html
Translation in Dutch: IPVolume (also known as: Ecatel, Novogara, IPVolume, DataOne, FiberXpress) isn’t doing anything to decline underaged material on there network, according to minister of Justice Ferd Grapperhaus.
For real, what a horrible outlook on crypto from a provider. Synatiq goes in my never ever list now too.
didn't even knew that as I used serverhunter [https://www.serverhunter.com/?search=C90-VBG-H4U] looking for specific cores and ram and it appeared on their list, after checking their reviews I was like ok lets give it a try, didn't end well but gotta learn from that
You didn't include the best line:
Seriously, dude?
Between you and @PulsedMedia talking out of their asses and making dumb comments, I wonder what's dropping faster - IQ of "providers" or debating standards of wannabe US presidents.
Oh, and no one really cares about your unenlightened thoughts on crypto. While, it certainly is your call as far as accepting it as payment for your services is concerned; try not to belittle people over their choice of currency or mode of payment.
The fact of the matter is, people that want to use it are going to use it, regardless. It would do you well to remember that there are a ton of providers around that are reliable, have been around a LOT longer with a stellar track record of providing excellent services that accept crypto; things people here can drop you for, in a heartbeat, without a second thought.
Now this is signature worthy just for the hell of it and that people don't forget you're actually belittling people for paying with bitcoin.
BTC is non-refundable. Period.
Doesn't SKB is a provider on LET ? if this is true, then a mod / admin should revoke the provider tag, and ban it, effective immediately.
Extremely bad generalization. People using BTC are not all scammers or using it to protect their privacy from governments. Not all people have access to credit cards atleast outside the US and EU. I've used BTC with four providers on LET (with two of them having "top provider" tag). Neither of them had any issue.
Seriously, I once considered purchasing your services since you provide hourly/daily billing but that goes out of the window now.
Hi,
This customer is making an elephant out of a small fly and can't seem to read our e-mails correctly.
Delivery times on our website are an estimation and for the ordered service it showed '1-7 days'. After 7 days the customer requested a refund as our stock was not able to fulfill his order, which we honored.
Due to the cryptocurrency payment, we cannot send money back to cryptocurrency wallets to prevent money laundering. The full amount has been refunded back to the credit balance instead (https://prnt.sc/uvy8pa).
Refund Confirmation e-mail: https://prnt.sc/uvyb0d
Can you clarify this? All customers and orders are screened and abuse, such as what you mention, is dealt with very quickly.
I highly suggest you take out the clients full name from the screenshot, that is a major privacy concern.
I think you should publish this "No crypto refund" policy on your website as well (If it's not present right now). So future customers can decide if they still want to pay with crypto currency or not.
Without this it's look like a fraud to me as you are blocking the money and forcing customers to use this money on your services even if they don't want to do that.
Because you are no one to decide if it's money laundering or not. It's the government and agencies who decides.
You must return the money to the customer if you are unable to deliver the service. No matter which payment method he/she used to pay.
You are right.
But in this case Client already expose his name by himself on his screenshots.
