you should fix bad-remote-as and neighbor-lost bugs
I always get bad-remote-as error. I checked my and your ASN, both correct.
Support said it was a bug and fixed, but i still get the same error.

we started to get hop limit exceeded messages from 2001:4ba0:92c1:38::5 (myLoc).
i guess there is something wrong with them now. most likely infinite loop.
this service does not worth a penny...
they have a problem with Transit advertisements.
we just receive 59 prefixes as IP transit most of the time...
dunno why we keep their stuff as backup. useless..

because most of time, you dont respond e-mails... I got response once, then no luck.
