transferring a domain away from cpanel when it is hostname
I want to transfer one of my domains away from cpanel , but that same domain is hostname . Will it cause any issue if it is transferred away ?
I have
mydomain1.com
mydomain2.com in a cpanel whm server
but the server hostname is server.mydomain1.com
If I transfer mydomain1.com to another server ? Will there be any issue?

Just put the correct IP in the A record of the hostname.
Where in whm?
In the panel where you manage your DNS.
