Error of the ip geolocation I guess. Herzner is a Germany base company and they provide both Germany and Finland locations.
@elliotc no, I think @govac8 is right.. I guess I got mine deployed in Germany as well, even the product name changed to "Germany Special". (Maybe some more deals are coming in the future, who knows). The third hop of a traceroute is fsn1.hetzner.com, that's quite certain an indicator for the Falkenstein DC. Personally, I see this as an absolute upgrade.
Additionally, performance is premium, see for yourself (nearly the same as the benchmark above):
I am definitely certain, that the CPU performance will drop over time, but the machine is damn snappy. In a ticket I was told that the Finland special gets "½ a real core per vps core", might be the same for the unofficial Germany Special... Nested virtualization (AMD-V) would be the last thing I'd like to have. But for 35€ it's mind-blowing and amazing... A killer deal for sure

You have not mention what have you did yet.
Check DNS is working or not, do wget google.com return okay?

@starservices Will my Finland box migration to Germeny? No big different between finland and DE on my side, just want to conform.
I had a similar issue after I purchased the vps. the problem was that the Virtualizor was mistakenly deployed the vps to a wrong node so VNC works but networking was totally malfunctioned. They fixed it.
Ok.
