I need a cheap root VPS with dedicated resources in Europe with 1 Gbps unlimited bandwidth to make a private VPN server preferably Ryzen 9 with KVM virtualization.

For a personal VPN you really wouldn’t need dedicated resources by the way.

If you really need 1 Gbps unmetered I don't think we are the right hoster. That would equal about up to 600 TB (haven't calculated it precisely right now) per month. If you need less than 10-20 TB like more or less every "normal" user we may be a good choice
