Google's spiders crawl your website automatically. Get some real traffic and content on there first. Or do some SEO to your website. You can't control what Google chooses to rank you as though
It won't appear if you don't have a website on it.
Get some SEO or Search Marketing
Make sure there is a well built site with unique content on it and then build some links to it, or goto Google Webmaster Tools and signup then ask for it to be crawled and submitted to the index.
Domains dont appear in google caches. Sites do. Have you added content?
