I'm using it on all my cPanel servers. the auto suspension trigger when a malware uploaded is a great way to protect accounts proactively.
All configserver products are top notch and worth every penny.
LMD or Linux Malware Detect also has this feature - suspend account on malware detection. It can also do real-time monitoring using inotify. CXS definitely does a lot more, but if you are specifically interested in this feature you can use LMD for free.
