if you are using cpanel then you can use jet backup

Get the great @seriesn 's storage VPSes and install SSH.
In Virtualmin, set up backups to an SSH server. Insert the user, pass, and IP of the VPS, and you're all set!
I will prepare whole backup plan for you boss. Please hold on.
Looks like only Amazon and Rackspace are supported for S3. Use SSH or Google storage.

But i find they dont have glacier like storage functions, and this makes them much higher price for just storing 1.5 TB of data. Scaleway's c14 storage seems affordable: 3 eur per month for 1.5 TB
and @TimboJones how can I backup to Google storage?
technically you could also install minio on a storage KVM VPS as well, minio is opensource + S3 compatible (https://min.io/)
