Which providers do provide a Data Processing Agreement for their Reseller products/VPS?
Since a DPA seems to become more and more relevant in the light of GDPR changes, I'm curious as to which (LE*) providers do provide a DPA for their products (mainly VPS and Reseller plans)?
Some of the big players (non LE) that do offer a DPA afaik: @Hetzner_OL , @contabo_m , @ninzo59 (OVH), All-Inkl, Netcup, DO, Strato, 1&1 IONOS.
@WSCallum also offers a DPA iirc. @seriesn said they wouldn't mind signing one. HostMantis is US based and don't do DPA, however say they don't harvest/collect/log any data without a court order, or request from my side.
There's also this list with 200+ Hosts listed and it is stated whether they are doing DPA, or not. @PHP_Friends what about you guys? Being also from Germany, you must have been confronted with this issue as well?
Feel free to comment any providers you are using or know that are offering this. Also, if you are a provider, feel free to chime in as well

We do provide a DPA (ADV) on request, as a customer feel free to open a ticket with our customer service. Future plans include a automated creation as others do.
Good to know! Thanks
In Russia we have law handle related problem. In short it is require executed terms of law in regards private data handling: who can touch to customer personal information, how this data should be protected and so on.
We can offer one if required. We're registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) in the UK too.
Thanks for chiming in Glad to hear that!
Update: Happy to have found out that the Hamster (Hostens) also offers a DPA in their client area One more reliable Provider added to the list.
