Others are SSD based storage, Intel based offerings. Germany as mentioned is AMD and NVMe.
Ionos offers cheap servers, but only with 512MB RAM. Hetzner would be a good choice. Contabo is also not bad. You can check some cloud server benchmarks to see how they stack up. Prices can be found next to Geekbench 4 results. All tested servers were in Germany.
