I am looking for vps -
Core - 1 minimum
Ram - 1 GB minimum
HDD - 2 TB minimum
Bandwidth - 10-15 TB minimum
Location - non USA
Budget - 9-10 euros/month
Port - 1gbps, (anything above 200mbps would do)
Usage frequent backups to other drives.

I Read the Details, they don't allow continuous write and reads so highly unlikely to help me. I will need something which will allow frequent usage.
Frequent usage != continuously reading and writing
If you want to use resources continuously, you should look for VDS. Nexusbytes also offers this.
