Central US Dedicated Server - Game Server
Hey there, we are looking for a server equipped with either i7-8700k or newer OR AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or newer.
Our budget is about 80 to 90 USD/month, our preferred location is Central US but we can also look into western/eastern US.

Squad.
ReliableSite have a i7-7700k that meets your budget, or the custom Ryzen 3700X starts from $84 monthly
BattleMetrics https://www.battlemetrics.com/subscription/rcon is also a very good paid administration tool for Squad servers. While it's not required for licensed servers or to administrate effectively, it provides a good UI and very useful functions for admins. (Costs $10 a month)
Note: Using Windows in data centers requires a special licensed copy. These licenses can be leased from providers for $25 a month.
That is not what I am looking for.
We have our own licenses.
Did you take hosting at a partnered Squad host into consideration?
Yes. Way too expensive for a single server while a dedicated server can easily handle two for the same price. (if not cheaper)
