I think minimum 250GB hdd 1Gb ram would be enough..1gbps 1tb quota would be okay
We don't have VPS (right now) but we do offer dedi seedboxes: https://pulsedmedia.com/managed-dediseedbox.php
But those are way beyond your resource needs.
Unless there is specific reason you need VPS try our shared options perhaps?
