    Second nexusbytes or if EU works I use Hetzner's storage box. It's not a full VPS but the prices are good and they don't count inbound traffic against your bandwidth.

    NexusBytes is certainly a good option. I have a couple of their storage VPS offerings.

    Another solid choice is HostHatch, though I haven't seen any promotions posted by them in a very long time. In the past, they've had some unbeatable deals on storage. I've got 20+ TB of storage with them in various locations.

    Time4vps was good but they have suddenly spiked thier prices in last years.

    liteserver.nl - Since many years with them and no regrets.

    the cheapest I have is BF 2018 deal from time4vps, just 43.10 EUR for 2y. it's ~$2/1TB and works flawlessly for my needs (nextcloud and backups) and they are reliable, not some summer host dumping the market)
