I do prefer linode, they do have dedicated CPU plans 😃
Or join the family Nexus Bytes by @seriesn ryzen plan and offer dedicated cores plan as well 😃
3 out of the 4 you listed are solely VPS, not offering dedicated servers.
So out of the 4 - sharktech would be your ONLY choice, as they are the only ones offering dedicated servers.
