I‘ve already seen lots of LET users begging for really, really discounted services here. But asking for 500GB of RAM and only offering 10$ per month, that must be new record.
your budget per minute, per hour is possible, good luck to find a stupid summer host who will fulfill your dream VPS at $10 per month.

Vultr is $3.50.
If you mean 512 MB then the likes of DO, Vultr, Linode etc can provide better specs than that for half of your monthly budget.
Those three are your best bet for hourly. Though since you say "per month" there are plenty of providers who'll sell you a 512MB always-on VPS for less than $10/mo.
