Your best bet is probably Hetzner auction servers. Not Asia optimised per se, but all around a decent network.
Not want to buy from hetzner please.suggest something else.

Not possible in your budget then, unless you're willing to buy a VPS.
Like others have mentioned, requiring Asia optimized with your budget is tough.

If you need Asia optimized, you need to increase your budget. You can find a decent server within your budget but it won't be Asia optimized.
