Looking for 3 Servers 1TB Space each

I am looking for three vps with the following stats:
Preferably EU, if not east cost US or CA is fine too
1TB hdd
3TB traffic/month
1 core
512mb ram
100mbit/s
Kind of like this:

Just a question: why would you want it in 3 servers? Why not just one big one? As you mentioned, the ServaRica deal has the best cost per TB of storage.
