Knownhost is known for their managed service right? Any review for this provider from fellow LET member. Looking to expand my project. About 100.000 hits daily. The last thing I want is my client phone me and asking why their web is down.
I don't know about their managed servers, but I paid 3 year for a web hosting plan for a website (A relatives WordPress business site, just needs to be online without being checked). Only web host I would trust for reliability long term and pay so far in advance.
It's easy task to manage website with 100k hits. Knownhost is great choice for you. I used them for my game forum in past and they did well.
In my personal opinion, their managed service is absolutely incredible in terms of tech ability & response times. You will likely never go with anyone else, after you've been with them for a while. They really are that good. I have a feeling that anyone who has been a customer of theirs in the past will repeat what I just said.

Hi, where can I order additional IP ?
They can be ordered after the fact by opening a sales/billing ticket. Putting them on the order form is just an abuse magnet. The servers come with 5 usable.
8 IPs cost $16/mo ($2/mo each). They are available in blocks of 8.
