Support is pretty bad; but it is fair looking at their price. And their dedicated server setup time in 4-8 weeks. So email them about the availability before you order.

Meh, their network is not...great. Can't comment on support, but from what I remember when I tested them a while back - network was shitty, compared to basically all other DE providers :-)
did you manage to get it ?
hetzner was bad too now it's one of the best price/performance , i wonder if it's the same for euserv too
