I don't know why peoples hate #colocrossing
I have a very good experience with them, I have a few servers with them from last few years and never face a any big issue, 4 month ago few IPs was not working but they fix it immediately.
I am not a direct customer of Colocrossing but their network is very good and also support is fast because of when I was create a ticket with my provider then they update me that their DC fix IP issue(CC Only take few minute to fix this issue)
I am not posting a review of Colocrossing in forums because of I am not a direct customer of cc.
@jack Yes, hard disk was damaged but immediately our provider replace hard disk.
