How rsync is secure over internet

Hello,

I am doing daily backup by rsync for my servers over oceans from server to another..
The rsync is done over ssh between two servers.

My question is this practice is secure so my data is not leaked over the internet while tranferring?

Looking forward.

Regards,

    Yes. SSH is encrypted.
