Spain Hosting Company [buying]

As title says, 5 figure number maximum capacity to buy a spanish[or at least the majority of clients needs to be located in spain]. WHMCS a must.

Whoever feels like giving up right now, they'll be in good hands.

    I might probably approach local hosting companies in spain with WHMCS and send them an offer & proposal. Though i wanted to give it a shot in forums first, see if i could catch anything.
