What is fair monthly usage allowed, in terms of bandwidth.
There no limit. We will look at whose usage and if will be much different than other users, we will take a look and contact our client first.
If I were to start a Tor relay (not an exit node) and let it run 24/7, at what point would my bandwidth usage be unfair? 1Mbps, 10Mbps, 100Mbps?

Basically what can I tell about the bandwidth usage: If you have a car, you are not going to speed up max speed all the time. If you speed up all the time, one day you will be fined by police. If you are Formula driver, you need special cars and special roads, a dedicated server with a dedicated traffic.
There no problem with 98%+ of clients and we do not need to make a drama for just 2% of clients.
2, 5 , or 10TB is not an issue and I am not telling that it is limit. We do not have limits.
Why is this not listed in your Acceptable Use Policy? Only Tor Exit Nodes are prohibited in your AUP.
