I'm looking for a cheap VPS near Iowa
I'm looking for a cheap VPS preferably near Council Bluffs, Iowa, USA or Omaha, Nebraska, USA. It does not have to be a powerful server, but I may need high bandwidth. I'm proxying the connections to my minecraft server, not hosting a minecraft server. Storage doesn't matter.
Test IP: 35.192.173.168
Chicago gives me 12ms. Kansas City gives me 25ms even though it's geographically closer.
Edit: Chicago may be fine too.

I think you are mistaking chicago VPS vs Chicago as in the location.
