Well you can't really change anything except the phone number. Your account is tied to your ID proof which could be an ID card or your passport.

You can change the account details and yes, IIRC, no proof of identity was required upon creating an account, but I'm not sure if they condone selling/transferring of accounts.

You can transfer kimsufi servers between accounts as long as the accounts are in same region
I believe that was the issue when I tried to transfer my server.
Regarding changing account details, most providers won't allow that for obvious reasons.
You're telling me OVH's fraud system won't go nuts if you change literally everything and start paying using a different card?
PS: Just tried to edit a single letter of my address in Kimsufi manager and it didn't work.

I did an account transfer a while back, worked without a problem.
It is like you are asking to buy other's identity that potentially can result in local authorities knocking on their door.
I wonder how much are you willing to offer.
