OVH Community/Forum
...it is really a joke: https://community.ovh.com/en/c/cloud/public-cloud
...needs x minutes to open a peage, no solutions to questions there, still errors like "Network error" etc.
Comments
Well it is a community forum, people don't have to answer if they don't want to... just like we don't have to respond to this one!
"Ask questions, search for information, post content, and interact with other OVH Community members."
Pages are working fine for me. I can open every page in less than a second even from my mobile
Sure, I'm an "active" user of internet over 30 years, but thanks for your tip
Uhhhh... Why did you "respond" then?
Ok, then it's maybe me
...ok, it's just me:
Network Error while trying to load /en/c/cloud/public-cloud/l/top.json
Hopefully this one wont get hacked like the last one and spammed with viagra posts.
Sue then.
This community forum is more a "best effort" from OVH side. I've worked at OVH 3y ago and i remember that whatever other communication than official support was just best effort, at the discretion of employees. The only request from OVH was to remind people that we talk on our own, which is quite cool i think because we can stay almost free of what we say. I was on #ovh Freenode mostly, Twitter (official OVH account and OVH antiddos account) and a bit on the community forum also. I've stopped with the community forum after a while because inside good questions some "technies"people were just making a lot of noise with wrong informations ; IRC was more friendly for me. Again it's my own experience and "opinions are my own" !
Honestly, i've really appreciated the freedom to be connected with our customers and community, it was fun! But again, the community forum was not interesting at all for me. I think i still have the label "OVH techies" on this forum or something like this xD.
That is it what I meant. E.g there are 400 views of a thread where someone asked for a help or an information, but not a single answer...
