Looking for a dedicated windows server in europe

As the title suggests, I'm after a dedicated machine in Europe. My requirements for the machine are very strict, so if you don't have what I'm after, kindly don't comment.
Specs of the machine:
Must be able to run windows, it can be windows 7, or windows 10, or windows server, just as long as it's windows.
Number of Cores: 6 cores
RAM: 24gb
Disk Space: 350gb
Disk Type: preferably SSD or speeds similar to an ssd
I have no preference on Bandwidth as long as it's not crippling
DDoS Protection: No
Number of IPs: 1
I don't have a budget to be honest as I'm not sure how much these go for.
Must have PayPal as a payment method. Payment to be made monthly until I'm happy with the service at which point we can do yearly.

If you're located in Europe, just get a dedicated server without a Windows license and buy one yourself for 4 EUR on Ebay. You can then just buy a cheapo auction server ( https://www.hetzner.com/sb ) with those specs and ask Hetzner to boot with a Windows ISO of your choosing.

Appreciate the offer but price is a bit too steep. For example, I don't require 2x 500GB SSD and 32GB ram. Your windows license also increases price up, but thanks.
Have you ever seen 350gb SSD drives somewhere?
There can be 1 x 500GB SSD
Those are the minimum requirements, so next closest is 480gb...
I would like to recomment to write real requirements, as no one will be able to offer that SSD. 240 + 120 ? I believe there will not be any difference in price to get just one 480 or 500GB SSD.
