Pacificrack seems to have a network problem(support not answering)

is there anyone using pacificrack's vps on node LAX-VT-STACK62.Mine on this node faces a
network problem that i cannot ping successfully worldwide.(test by ipip.net)and i use a traceroute tool and i find the traffic goes to the quadranet.com and does not jump to my vps.
i am so confused and i have sent tickets these days but hasn't been answered so far.
who faces the same problem?

If they run out of crack, they started smoke all kinds of things.
Besides, this one does refer to a shitty provider when I do remember it correctly.
But the question would be, when you know its "crack" why do you buy?
