They do have a very good reputation here. If reliability and carefreeness is more important to you than saving a cup of coffee a month, go for it.

During the last months they had severe network issues, at least / especially for some dedicated server customers, resulting in packet loss and very limited throughput for months. However, although I have not yet received any reply on my tickets, the network seems to be back to normal today. I don't know whether it will remain this way and they finally found and fixed the root cause. Under "good circumstances" these offers are hard to beat.
