Always sell a domain (which happen to have GApps account with 100 users).
It's not allowed to sell free GApps accounts if I remember correct.
Thanks for letting me know Spirit. I'll be selling the domain that has google apps attached to it, so you must accept a domain transfer. If you want the domain name, feel free to PM me.
People have been asking me how much I want for it. Google charges $5/month/user or $50/user/year for business, so that's around $5k /year for 100 users. Of course, not expecting anywhere near that much, I'd like the offers to be in the upper double digits or triple digits.
Just an idea... Maybe list the domain we're bidding on?
