Canada providers?
I already have some in my list. I need more options.
Our Current list:
- Vultr
- OVH
- Atlantic.net
- Lunanode
- ExtraVM
Looking for locations:
- Toronto
- Montreal
- Vancouver
- Winnipeg
Usage:
Websites, web proxy, caching, DNS
Important:
It will be a plus, if provider have "REAL" 24x7 support on node/hardware/network issues.
Other Notes:
Other Canada locations are also considered.
Comments
Servarica's machinery is in downtown Montreal, IIRC.
Oneprovider with Onecloud have Montreal and Vancouver locations. Pricing from $3 I think.
Serverica is good.
iirc @freerangecloud also does canada
IIRC I read somewhere that they limit the connection to 10mbps?
all our offers are 100mbps unlimited (not 10mbps)
working hard to introduce new options for bandwidth soon as well
You can get directly from OVH too.
Thanks, will check it out. 100mbps/1gps is ok with me.
We already have them on our list and already using them.
Cloud at Cost in Kitchener, Ont but Support and reliability may not be their thing. But they have 1 Gbps unlimited bandwidth on their newer stuff. But if you got all this other redundancy...
In Canada I highly recommend Servarica (aff) and Lunanode - because I had great services with them.
Whatever you choose, stay away from CloudAtCost.
For Vancouver you ought to look at Seattle providers as well.
So sorry about that. I forgot about that and saw that one person said "OneProvider", which resells OVH services.
@gestiondbi is in Montreal as well. Have good uptime on a BF special I got in 2018.
@freerangecloud is where its at. Affordable and pretty good support/network
We do Vancouver and Winnipeg
Can you disclose the dc name?
Here's now our list
Let me know if we missed some.
I know some in the list are using OVH dc. The project needs multiple VMs on different nodes and multiple DCs/locations. So it is fine if the others are on the same DC.
Just not on the same node.
Thanks
We are located in eStruxture MTL3 datacenter and we have our own network
Gullo's Hosting also have a Canada location, but I think it's OVH DC too.
